ATLANTA, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Payments Inc., a subsidiary of
National Data Corporation (NYSE: NDC), announced today it has reached an
agreement with Total Merchant Services, Inc. (TMS), one of the industry's
fastest growing privately held Independent Sales Organizations, to become
its provider of comprehensive payment processing services.
The specific services covered under the agreement and provided by Global
Payments include authorization, data capture, settlement, technical support,
risk management, as well as chargeback and retrieval processing.
President of TMS, Ed Freedman said, "We feel that our new relationship

aggressively. The agreement we have structured provides us with the
latitude to effectively manage our bankcard business, offer competitive pricing,
