We are in need of a risk analyst to join our Risk Management Team to aid in the tracking and monitoring of our merchant base, in order to protect our business, the merchant's business, and the consumer against credit card fraud.
- Monitor merchants for parameter violations
- Communicate with Card Issuing Banks and Merchants to validate the transactions
- Be able to identify potential fraud transactions
- Meet daily requirements and standards
- Additional duties as assigned
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to follow policies and procedures, as well as internal departmental procedures
- Ability to work in a team driven environment yet be able to work independently to complete daily expectations
- Must have good organizational skills, good interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) and be detailed oriented.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make accurate, independent decisions based on data provided
- Ability to do multitask in a fast pace environment
